P. bought this three rooms flat close to Amstelveen center to be renovated with a limited budget.

The living space was really gloomy. The challenge was to make it strong and appealing but to keep it as neutral as possible, to adapt easily to the tastes of the possible tenants. The project was really interesting, because I kept some old furniture, mixing it with new, colorful and appealing elements. I renovated the colors of the walls, gave a new treatment to the wooden, fixed window and kitchen appliances and created a new laundry/shower room, while respecting the initial budget.

The client was very satisfied and rented the apartment in a very short time!
